Weekly Volunteer Opportunities

(working portions of the "shifts" are totally fine)

Weekends:

Helping at Trybe hosted events like Town Nights, Family Fridays, FOSAP, Beautifications and more!
Helping host at monthly Beloved Community Healing Event, coffee station, art, food/lunch, jumper, and more (Sundays 1030a-130p)
Cooking/hosting a meal for one of the youth sports teams

Mondays

9a-12p Building clean-up/Custodial from weekend events at Clinton
12p-3p Making phone calls to set up mutual-aid/food appointments with households (Spanish, Mam, Chinese, Vietnamese speakers needed)

Tuesdays

Beatification and Program Support

Wednesdays

10a-11a: Go shopping to get supplies for weekly BBQs (200 hamburgers, 300 hot dogs, buns etc)
11a-2p: Prep/BBQ food for 150 families and 100 Youth
10a-2p: Help arrange food pantry shelves and fridges, de-palletize, clean, bag, etc.

Thursdays

930a-1230p: Help host mutual-aid food distribution, serving at a station, helping load, clean, etc.
3p-5p Building clean-up/Custodial for weekend events at Clinton

Fridays

We can make good use of many items in our programs:

Nonperishable food and beverages
Basketballs
Bicycles
Children’s books, especially from authors of color or in other languages (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic)
Arts and craft supplies (scissors, glue, banner paper)
Skateboard decks and helmets for our after school clubs
Gardening supplies
